2027 Annual Dues are due on or before November 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Mail your payment with the postcard notice in an envelope so your account is credited correctly. No paper clips or staples, per USPS request. Make checks, cashier's checks, or money orders payable to Tanbark Community Assoc., Inc. Payments cannot be accepted by board members; all payments must be mailed to the PMB address. Non-conforming payments will be returned. A $35 fee is charged on non-sufficient funds payments. Please include your email address so the Association can update its records.

Amounts unpaid after the due date are considered delinquent and subject to interest, costs, and further collection action as prescribed in the Covenants of the Association. If you are a tenant, please forward this bill to the party responsible for paying association dues.

Architectural Changes
Any exterior change or addition requires approval from the Architectural Control Committee before work begins, including fences, patios, sheds, and exterior materials. Exterior materials must conform to those used on the original building or be sufficiently compatible.

Indiana HOA Law: House Enrolled Act 1115
Effective July 1, 2026, HEA 1115 substantially amended Indiana Code Title 32, Chapter 25.5 governing homeowners associations, changing the requirements for preparing and delivering payoff statements and release notices. Contact the board for a copy of the act and the Association counsel's assessment.
