Meetings are open to all homeowners. Please bring a non-perishable food item the hall does not charge the Association for its use, and donations go to their food pantry.

Board Positions Open at the Annual Meeting
The Association is seeking candidates for President, Treasurer, and Secretary ahead of the November 9 annual meeting. These are the officers who run the neighborhood. If you have considered serving, this is the year. Contact the board to put your name forward.
Dues Notices Mail in October
Your dues notice is your only invoice. No second notice is sent. Watch your mail in early October. Payment is due on or before November 1. Follow the printed instructions on the card. Payments cannot be accepted by board members.

Information boards are posted at both entrances to the association. Check them for notices between meetings. If you witness vandalism in a common area, photograph it and report it to the board.
